Overview

We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven and thrives working in a positive, forward thinking and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is well versed in the world of Commission, across the globe as well as strongly customer service focused and highly organized.  They will also be confident interfacing with Executives, Sales, Sales Operations and Finance teams to review and analyze data, ensuring sales reps are accurately credited.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer complex sales commission plans for sales professionals located all over the world.
  • Calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions per VC commission plans
  • Provide accounting with commission accruals based on deadlines.
  • Assist corporate accountants with maintenance of commission expense amortization schedules.
  • Resolve commission reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain and audit information needed to track revenue and analyze sales performance results.
  • Prepare commission reports, make recommendations as necessary.
  • Partner with HR to keep employee information current
  • Ad hoc reporting as may be required
  • Benefit administration

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience administering commission calculations
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Superior internal client service skills and standards
  • Basic knowledge of accounting in relation to payroll accounts
  • Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft office and the web
  • Desire to work in a team focused corporate culture
