Internal Communications Specialist

Who are we looking for?


If you have a love of writing and are looking for a challenge then you might be the right fit. We are looking for a natural storyteller to join our marketing team and improve the professionalism and engagement of our internal communications. You should be comfortable engaging with all levels of our company including C-level executives to find great stories about our culture to showcase internally and through our social channels.


While you need to be very strong in grammar, this is not a role where you will spend your time correcting typos. Your role is to help the executive team best communicate key initiatives and messages to the staff and help the company tell right stories to the world about our people and culture.


What would you do in this role?

  • Be active on our key social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) in sharing company events, successes, job opportunities and culture.
  • Develop, manage and continually improve performance of the internal employee hub.
  • Write engaging (and search engine optimized) web copy for the Careers section of the website.
  • Research and submit company (Best Employer type) award applications
  • Review and polish the internal PowerPoint slides for town halls
  • Provide input on important All Staff emails to ensure the message is clear and the tone is appropriate

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism or other relevant field
