The Administrative Assistant, R&D is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Chief Product Officer and other Product team members. Responsibilities include arranging travel plans and filing expenses, meeting minute-taking and distribution, scheduling appointments and team meetings, overseeing calendars, and assisting with ad hoc requests from the team. The Administrative Assistant is required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, management and the public.
