Research Executive

Regular Full-Time


We are seeking a Research Executive to join our amazing team in Sydney. The Research Executive will be responsible for helping to manage all stages of the market research project cycle including proposals, research design, operational execution, analysis and reporting.


The ideal candidate will have a university degree and have had exposure to some quantitative or qualitative methodologies including questionnaire design, analysis, or project management. You are known for your attention to detail, the ability to find the story in data, and for superior communication and writing skills. You are an out-of-the box thinker that doesn’t stand for mediocrity or status quo, and possess a drive for excellence. Experience with product innovation, brand positioning, shopper insights and online communities would be a key asset, but is not essential.



  • Develop and manage project plans that remain on scope, on time, and on budget
  • Management and implementation of projects for various internal and external clients
  • Advise on key issues including project scope, approach, and project plans
  • Monitor and report on progress throughout a set-up of a project to ensure deliverables, budgets and timelines are met and risks/issues are proactively addressed
  • Contribute toward the development of strategies to increase efficiencies and success of all projects
  • Overall panel management
  • Communicate and work effectively with internal team to execute as per the customer needs
  • Manage the execution of services in a timely manner such that expectations are met or exceeded
  • Provide current information on the status of the product/services success
  • Assist in the relationship management of large accounts 


  • 1 + years of project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a very strong customer service mentality
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Creative thinkers who think outside of the box… yeah, a lot of companies talk about this, but we really mean it;
  • Analytical thinkers who don’t just follow a menu of alternatives but strive to understand why
  • Flexible…being a yoga master is not required, but a willingness to embrace change is a must
  • Strong aptitude for technology
  • Known for their attention to detail and project management skills – you are uber organized
  • Able to see the forest through the trees and who can decipher the story in the numbers
  • Superior communicators and who have impeccable writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial minded, driven, and determined
  • With exposure to research methodologies and possibly statistics
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess a high degree of tenacity
  • You love to work hard and play hard, have a boundless positive spirit and are looking for a work ‘family’!
